Last December Gurudev's pearls on New Year in a conference:
A candle when it is lid, it keeps it’s spirit always up. Even if you turn the candle up side down the flame will always go up. So let this New Year teach us whatever lesson it want to teach us. With this strength and confidence move ahead, not wishing that only nice and goody-goody things should happen to us. Whatever happens in this New Year one thing we are not going to loose is our enthusiasm, our strength and our commitment to knowledge!
